1. If you would like to purchase or find out the shipping cost, please use our Shopping Cart System in the Product Page.( You will not get charged until you choose to finalize the order in step 3 below.)

2. We will find out the shipping costs and appliable taxes and get back to you within 2 days by E-Mail.

We will let you know two shipping costs, one with UPS (with Tracking #) and one with Postal (with Tracking #). Postal is usually cheaper.

3. Please reply to the above Email to finalize or cancel your order. We will cancel the order if we don't receive any reply for 10 business days

4. If you decided to finalize your order you have to let us know which shipping method (UPS or Postal) and which payment methods ( Paypal, Credit Card, Money Order, or Certified Checks) you would like to use..

How to use Paypal

1. Visit Paypal at http://www.paypal.com

2. If you are not paypal member yet. Click "Sign Up Now" icon in the top middle of the page.

3. Obtain a "personal account" by filling in all the required fields in the following page. Don't forget to type in the 5 digit security codes you see in the very bottom of the page.

4. Add your credit card by filling in all the required fields.

5. You should be receiving a Email containing account activation link. Go click the link and your account should be activated now with a credit card.

6. Now you can send us the payment by clicking "Send Money" icon in the top of the main page.

7. Type "yasujim@aci.on.ca" for the recipient, and the total amount you want to send and hit "Send"

8. COCORO should receive the payment immediately, so please wait for our Email for the confirmed payments.

Customers have 7 business days to contact and notify us of their intent to return the purchased items - Starting from the day that the item was received by the customer.

If the customer has received incorrect items or correct items with damages and wishes to return the product then the Customer will be responsible for the return shipment and COCORO will cover the return shipment charges. COCORO will replace the shipment or refund the cost if the product is no longer available.

To return the product for any other reasons, the customer is responsible for both the return shipment and the shipment charges.

In either case, customers have to contact us within 7 business days for returning items.
